Current Open Positions:

Registration Coordinator

Be the first friendly face our guests meet. You'll welcome attendees, assist with check-in, verify registrations, distribute event materials, answer questions, and help ensure a smooth and positive arrival experience.

Guest Arrival & Parking Coordinator

Help create a safe and efficient arrival experience by directing vehicle traffic, guiding guests to parking areas, assisting with accessibility needs, and coordinating with the event operations team to keep traffic flowing smoothly.

Site Operations Coordinator

Oversee the overall functionality and presentation of the festival grounds. You'll monitor activity throughout the venue, support vendors and workshop facilitators, help maintain cleanliness and organization, coordinate logistics, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure every area is ready for guests throughout the day.
