FEST POLICIES
& CODE OF CONDUCT
To co-create a safe, sacred, and soul-nourishing experience for all, we ask every guest, vendor, artist, and participant to honor the following guidelines:
1. Age Requirement
This is an 18+ event only. No children will be allowed entry. Guests must be 21+ to access or consume any THC or CBD products on site. IDs will be checked — no exceptions.
2. Outside Food and Personal Picnics Policy
Goddess Fest 2026 guests may bring personal food, nonalcoholic beverages, and a small picnic setup for their own use, subject to the following conditions:
• Guests are solely responsible for the selection, preparation, storage, handling, temperature control, and consumption of all food and beverages they bring.
• Goddess Fest 2026, its organizers, venue, owners, sponsors, vendors, contractors, volunteers, and affiliated parties do not inspect, prepare, supervise, or guarantee outside food or beverages.
• Guests assume all risks associated with outside food and beverages, including allergic reactions, foodborne illness, contamination, choking, spoilage, adverse interactions, and improper storage.
• Guests must bring only compact picnic equipment that can be safely carried and placed within designated areas. Walkways, entrances, emergency routes, workshop spaces, and shared areas must remain unobstructed.
• Open flames, cooking appliances, grills, candles, glass containers, oversized furniture, structures, and equipment requiring stakes or ground penetration are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings, picnic setup, waste removal, and any injury or property damage caused by items they bring.
Picnic Setup and Cleanup Policy
Guests are responsible for maintaining and completely cleaning their picnic area before leaving the event:
-
All food, beverages, decorations, containers, packaging, and personal belongings must be removed.
-
Waste and recyclable materials must be placed in the designated receptacles.
-
Food, liquids, ice, grease, confetti, glitter, flower petals, and other materials may not be left or discarded on the ground, in the forest, near the creek, or anywhere on the property.
-
Guests may not abandon picnic furniture, decorations, coolers, equipment, or unwanted items.
-
Picnic setups must not damage grass, trees, plants, trails, structures, or other venue property.
-
Cleanup must follow a strict “leave no trace” standard: the area must be returned to the same condition in which it was found.
-
Guests are financially responsible for excessive cleanup, waste removal, property damage, or environmental remediation caused by their picnic setup or group.
-
Goddess Fest reserves the right to remove unsafe or unattended items. Items left behind may be discarded, and Goddess Fest is not responsible for their loss or replacement.

4. Respect for the Space
Please respect the land, venue, and those holding sacred space. Pick up after yourself. Recycle when possible. Treat the environment and every soul with honor and care.
5. Code of Conduct, and Community Standards
To help create a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for everyone, Goddess Fest maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
• Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, racism, or hate speech of any kind.

• Non-consensual physical contact, unwanted advances, or any form of sexual harassment.
• Aggressive, abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language or conduct.
• Bullying, intimidation, or behavior that compromises the emotional, physical, or psychological well-being of others.
• Any action that interferes with another guest's ability to safely enjoy the event.
Goddess Fest is a consciously curated, co-created space rooted in kindness, inclusion, respect, and personal responsibility. If you witness or experience behavior that violates our values, notify a team member or festival staff immediately.
6. No-Alcohol Policy
Goddess Fest 2026 is an alcohol-free event. Alcohol may not be brought onto, possessed, distributed, served, sold, or consumed anywhere on the event property, including parking areas, picnic spaces, trails, indoor areas, and surrounding grounds.
Event management reserves the right to inspect coolers, picnic baskets, bags, and containers where legally permitted. Alcoholic beverages may be confiscated and discarded. Any guest who violates this policy, appears intoxicated, or disrupts the safety and well-being of others may be denied entry or removed from the event without a refund.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all beverages brought to the event are nonalcoholic. Goddess Fest 2026, Caché Marketing & Events, LLC, the venue, and their respective representatives are not responsible for consequences resulting from a guest’s violation of this policy.
By purchasing or accepting a ticket, each guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with this No-Alcohol Policy as a condition of admission.
7. Substance Use
This is a mindful wellness event. If consuming legal cannabis products, please do so respectfully and in designated areas. Absolutely no underage consumption of THC, or CBD. The consumption of alcohol is not allowed at this event. Illicit substances or misuse of any kind will result in immediate removal from the event.
8. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for marketing, recap, or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be filmed, simply let our media team know — we will absolutely honor your privacy.
9. Community Vibe
Goddess Fest is an event designed for women built on inclusivity, diversity, and unity. All ethnic backgrounds, and body types are welcome. Bring your whole self. Come as you are. Express yourself fully, and hold space for others to do the same.
10. Wellness & Consent
Whether it's dancing, hugging, or energy work—consent is everything. If you're unsure, ask. If someone says no, respect it fully.
This is a space of empowered embodiment, not pressure.
We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these policies or creates an unsafe environment for others. Thank you for helping us keep this festival a safe, vibrant, and sacred experience.
